I love photographing for my friends or family. Everyone is very relaxed during the session and don’t even bother about the camera. This is rather a social meeting than a real session. This time I had the pleasure to photograph a sister of my friend. What’s more, her husband is also into photography, so it was lovely to chat about the common passion. 

Instead, it was all about them, and their world. I was just a brief character in their story, and when they came together, the world fell away around them. They were hopelessly in love, and their photos reflected this in such a big way. It was a privilege to see them in their element because of it. They really do love each other. You can see it in everything they do – the way they hold each other, smile at each other. It made me so happy to be part of their journey.

So, to wrap this up, it was a beautiful maternity shoot that I was so happy to be a part of. These two incredible people loved each other a lot and I was a guest in their world for a little while. I can’t wait to see what Dominika and Damian get up to in their lives – maybe we’ll all meet again someday. Until that day comes, I wish them all the best. Their love was a beautiful one and I’m so glad I got to be part of it. Thank you so much for including me in everything that you had to celebrate, it was a wonderful time.
